Dining Room Manager
We are seeking a Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new dining room located in the grand lobby at RiverWalk Resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience. This role requires effective leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of service. Duties
- Supervise daily dining room operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Train and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures. - Manage dining room inventory control and ordering processes to maintain stock levels.
- Assist with creating food & beverage specials.
Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and quality control. - Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members.
Assist restaurant owner with staff schedules and manage shift assignments to optimize service efficiency. - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor dining room ambiance, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Book groups and oversee functions as needed.
Experience
- Two years proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Background in food preparation, cooking, or culinary experience is preferred
Experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is highly desirable. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and financial management within the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential; assistant manager experience is also beneficial.

Hostess/Host
Responsible for welcoming all guests to the restaurant, getting them seated in a timely manner and bidding them a fond farewell at the end of their dining experience. Additional responsibilities include assisting the dining room staff as needed and ensuring all new patrons are properly attended do shortly after they are seated.
Servers (Restaurant & On-Call Banquets)
The role of our Rhythm servers and Grand Ballroom at RiverWalk banquet servers is to wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible to ensure they have an extraordinary experience. A positive attitude and smile is all that is needed. We will be happy to teach you the rest if needed.
Prep/Line Cooks *FILLED*

Looking for an independent job that you can do at your own pace? This may be the ideal job for you. Responsibilities include loading and unloading dishwashing machine, storing clean dishes, glasses and equipment properly away and assisting the kitchen team with occasional food prep duties.
Bartender
Great opportunity for anyone looking to work in a brand new indoor/outdoor bar setting. Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, nonalcoholic beverages & food to patrons as well as overseeing the stock of liquor and bar supplies.
