A unigue take on classic Italian cuisine in an unforgettable setting.

Located inside the grand new RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain is LaVista Italian Cuisine.  Chef Herman Pfeuti and team are putting out some of the White Mountains’ finest fare with their own flare.  The restaurant itself has a Tuscan villa feel to it with a veranda that overlooks the Vineyard at Seven Birches.  The bar has a huge selection of top shelf spirits, a long list of fine Italian (and other regions) wines and of course, a variety of Rhythm Ciders.

The food is outstanding and ranks among the best in New Hampshire, especially the White Mountains.  Antipasti, insalata, piazzaiolo, entrata, dolce… OK, all the Italian words that make our mouths water.  We recommend the Pork Chop Milanese with a bottle of our Rhythm Original Hard Cider and the Applewood Smoked Bacon and Peaches Pizza with our Rhythm Pride, Hard Honey Apple Cider.

Frankly, all of it is delicious and the staff are superb.  What makes this restaurant even more fun, is that it is right down the hall from Seven Birches Winery, where all of our ciders are made.  Make a night of it.  Stop in for a wine tasting and head to LaVista for an extraordinary meal.
