Our favorite time of year. Labor Day through Thanksgiving.
It’s Cider Season!
Our favorite time of year, from Labor Day to Thanksgiving, is officially known as “Cider Season.” Apple orchards are harvesting their crops, cideries are pressing and fermenting, restaurants are showcasing local culinary gems, and Rhythm Cider is celebrating all of it during this very special time of year.
Cider season means something different to everyone.
To the orchards, it means harvesting the apples, bringing them to market, and finding gratification in a crop they took all year nurturing. Parents love to go apple picking with their families and bringing home a bag of granny’s for a holiday pie. Kids love to drink freshly pressed sweet apple juice, while devouring a warm cider donut after a hayride. Sunday football with a couple of cold hard ciders is a complete win. And, cideries like ours are excited to get apples and juice fermenting into their next craft cider. There’s nothing quite like the smell of fresh apple juice starting to ferment!
