Apple Mead
Apple juice from our hard cider process was used to dilute the honey to a fermentable state. The resulting mead is like the classic, only with hints of Macintosh and Honeycrisp (apples that is). Absolutely delicious. Served chilled!

Blackberry-Strawberry Mead
You guessed it. Nothing but locally-sourced blackberries, strawberries, and all-natural honey are combined and fermented to produce an intoxicating elixir. The berries complement the honey perfectly to give this mead some summery zip.
